0 The First Step To Success In Network Marketing

One of the most important tips I can share with you is the very first step to success in the network marketing industry!

So many people are struggling to achieve success and produce any results in their home business.

They are lost on what they should be doing and often wonder how to achieve success in this tough, yet very rewarding industry.

If you are serious about success this will help you, feel free to share with others if you get value.

Your DMO = The First Step To Success

While there are a lot of steps that ultimately lead towards your success in any industry or profession, the most important step I can give you is the one you CAN’T go without.

The most important first step to success in the network marketing industry is your Daily Method Of Operation (DMO).

Being consistent with your daily method of operation produces results in your business, PERIOD. My success was a direct reflection (and still is today) of me consistently prospecting, marketing, studying, affirming, etc. I was so consistent for days, weeks, and months before I created any level of real success in my business.

You need to understand that producing results, achieving success and making more money in your business, is a result from your prior actions repeated overtime.

A lot of people ask me, “How do I make more money?” The question really should be, “What actions should I be taking? How do I implement different life changing daily habits ?”

Let me ask you… Have you achieve the results you want in your business? Honestly look at your results… Because your results came because of your actions and daily habits. If you don’t have good relationships, if you don’t have money in the bank, if you are not in positive cash flow in your business, that means your habits are lacking and you need to start taking some massive action!

Understand my friend that taking action and daily habits come before the results. Implementing a Daily Method of Operation will help you take action, produce results, and make you money in your business.

Daily Method Of Operation (DMO)

1. Create one piece of content each day. This could be an article, video or a blog. Take that content and share it on social media and with SocialAdr.
2. Spend 30 minutes per day on sales and marketing training. If you want recommendations on books or resources, just comment below.
3. Spend 30 minutes per day on personal development and mindset training. If you want recommendations on network marketing books or resources, just comment below (if you THINK you do not need motivation, just look at your results)
4. Write affirmations everyday (to learn a unique way to do these, watch my webinar with Noah St John)
5. Meditate everyday. Clear that mind, focus on your breathing and let the thoughts come and go, I would suggest starting with 15 mins per day.
6. Most Important: Make 3-5 new connections (build relationships – do not pitch) with other people each day, wether online or offline.

Your daily method of operation = success!

Tecademics Review – What Is Tecademics?

Tecademics is a company that specializes in the college education/internet marketing/network marketing niche (I know strange combination), that was launched by CEO Chris Record this year.

Tecademics Reviews – The Product Line

In a nutshell, Tecademics offers a college course type of education that you can promote to students, entrepreneurs, business owners, or other affiliates.

These are the following Tecademic products in a nut shell:

• TEC (The Entrepreneurs Club | $100 a month) – “a 100% online learning experience designed for beginners who want to learn more about internet marketing”, costs $100 a month
• Impact ($2000) – a “home-study course you can think of as the “Encyclopedia of Internet Marketing””
• Masters ($10,000) – “one-time tuition fee for our TecAdemics, College of Internet Marketing, includes 120 credit hours and allows for 2 people to attend”

Tecademics Products & Membership Levels

The TEC membership level to me is similar to another membership for entrepreneurs and those wanting to learn more about online marketing strategies to grow their business…. However this one also offers a back end system and tools/resources to help you brand YOU and capture more leads for any business. It’s called My Lead System Pro (MLSP for short).

Regarding Tecademics, I personally haven’t purchased any of their products so I can’t give my feedback, but if it’s anything like Chris Records (CEO of Tecademics) previous products and training courses on online marketing, it should of incredible value for your education and your career or business growth!

Tecademics Compensation Plan

The Tecademics compensation plan pays affiliates that sell the products to customers and other affiliates.

The way it works is each product is treated as a seperate tier in the comp plan and every affiliate must qualify for them by either buying it themselves, or selling the products to a customer.

You then can get paid up to 40% commissions on the products which looks like this:

• $40 per month for a TEC membership
• $800 for IMPACT
• $4000 for MASTERS

Now there is a weird catch…

Once you sell your first set of products at 40%, the next two you split the 40% between you and your upline.

In other words, you get 20% and your upline gets 20% commissions.

Once you make at least three sales on any tier, you can get 40% commissions on the next four sales.

Every fifth sale then is a split again between you and your upline.

This goes back and forth…

Here is a Tecademics Affiliate Compensation Plan recap so you understand this better:

• First sale on any tier is an activation sale (40% commission paid to upline)
• Second and third sales split 40% half and half between affiliate and upline
• Next four sales pay out 40% commission to the affiliate
• The fifth and every fifth sale thereafter is split 40% half and half between affiliate and upline

PLUS Tecademics offers a Matching Bonus – See details below on how to qualify

To qualify for this matching bonus, you must hit the following earnings within 36 months:

When you first hit $100,000 in commissions, you earn a 100% match and receive another $100,000 on top.

When you first hit $1,000,000 in commissions, you earn a 100% match and receive another $1000,000 on top.

Just remember, you must hit these income numbers within 36 months to qualify…

Tecademics Review – The Final Verdict

Overall if Chris Records Tecademics is anything like his previous content, products/courses, etc. I think it’s safe to say Tecadamics is 100% legit and credible company to learn online marketing education.

I personally haven’t gone through any the material so I can’t judge…

But his reputation for being a great marketer and great content provider can’t be unnoticed.

Now having that said…

This is a Top Tier program and it’s one of the less paying ones overall…

All of the good top tier programs have a one on one business coach and a sales team to close those big sales for you…

In Tecademics, that won’t be the case…

You will have to close your own sales…

Now I know there are webinars and training’s, but it’s just easier when you have sales team to close your sales and you just focus on driving more traffic…

That is the only down side.

0 The Secrets to Elon Musk’s Massive Success

Born in South Africa in 1971, Musk split his time between his home country and his mother’s native country, Canada. He moved to Canada permanently at age 19, when he began his studies at Queen’s University in Ontario. Just a short five years later, he formed his first tech company, Zip2, at age 24. Seeing a good opportunity, he sold that business and moved on to create another that would eventually turn into PayPal. He sold PayPal to eBay and used his profits to start investing in other companies that he thought just might change the world.

So if you’re wondering how you can become as successful as Elon Musk or maybe just how to squeeze in a few more hours out of the day, here’s how Musk does it …

Batching

We all know there are certain things that go well together, like wine and cheese. The same goes for your tasks. If you’re planning to put in 18-hour days, you might as well make the most of your time—Musk does. So while you’re poring over spreadsheets, there’s no reason you can’t be answering emails, especially those that might require you to look up a few figures; you’ve already got the spreadsheets out. The CEO of SpaceX doesn’t even clock out for a half-hour lunch; he combines it with a business meeting and a few emails of course.

Signal over Noise

Tesla doesn’t put their money into advertising. Musk believes in focusing all efforts on perfecting their product: A lot of companies get confused, they spend money on things that don’t actually make the product better. The best marketing in the world will have a hard time selling a less-than-desirable product. Besides, as Tesla has proven, there’s no need for a marketing budget when your product sells itself.

Feedback Loop

As much fun as it is having people agree with you on everything, it’s counter-productive to perfecting your product or service. Musk keeps his ideas fresh by using trusted advisers to provide consistent and truthful feedback. Fostering an environment of open feedback is important, especially for the long-term health of a product, not to mention it’s the best piece of advice that the 44-year-old billionaire has to offer: “Constantly think about how you could be doing things better and questioning yourself.” Though you may not always like what you hear, you and your company will be better off for it.

Prepared Employees

When Elon Musk walks into a meeting, he expects that his employees will be ready for anything he throws at them. That demonstrates that in addition to preparation, his staff brings the highest level of talent to his team. Not only does this help to ensure that his employees are some of the brightest who know the complexities of a high-capacity battery cell or a space rocket inside and out, it also saves him time by not waiting for answers that someone should have already known.

Scheduling

This is a common theme of the ultra-productive: a daily schedule that is closely adhered to. And it begins first thing in the morning, not after twenty minutes of “Instagramming.” Being the top dog of two major companies doesn’t give Musk a break; it means that a tight schedule is even more imperative. His top aide has his daily planner broken into five-minute slots, and even finding your way into one of those openings is tough work. Logistics can help optimize your schedule. For example, Musk spends Monday in L.A. with SpaceX, then Tuesday and Wednesday with Tesla up in the Bay Area, and back to L.A. by Thursday. Friday is split between SpaceX and the Tesla design studio which is directly adjacent to the SpaceX HQ. So not only does he avoid wasting time commuting, he saves hours by bringing the work to him.

Risk Taking

There’s a big difference between taking a risk, and taking a calculated risk. Though Elon Musk can tell the two apart, it doesn’t stop him from taking the big ones. For example, when Tesla was on the brink of failure, he poured almost all of his wealth right into the company. Now, after the release of the Model-S, that risk has paid off—big time. If you’re unsure about whether to take the next big step, schedule it out. Those aren’t just for daily use. Create a carefully laid out roadmap to your goal and determine if it’s achievable.

It’s easy for people to say that some folks are just born with the right talents to make them successful entrepreneurs, but that’s not the case. Try following a few of Musk’s examples, and see just how much more productive you can be.
